Your teacher is Tri-Dosha founder, Sunita Passi. Sunita brings 20 years of experience as both a practitioner and a trainer in the traditional Indian healing system of Ayurveda. Known as ‘the science of life’, Ayurveda integrates diet, exercise, meditation and massage therapy in a potently holistic approach to keeping the mind, body and soul in harmony and balance.
