🌿 Which oil is right for me?
Choosing the right oil depends on your dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha), the season, and your current state of balance. Here’s a simple guide:
By Dosha:

Vata: 4–5x/week with sesame, almond or Tri-Dosha Vata Oil

Pitta: 3–4x/week with coconut, sunflower or Tri-Dosha Pitta Oil

Kapha: 1–2x/week with safflower or Tri-Dosha Kapha Oil
By season:

Autumn/Winter: Tri-Dosha Vata Oil or cured sesame oil
