About this course

This Diploma is a 200-hour professional training that qualifies you to work therapeutically with emotional, mental, and energetic imbalance in yourself, and in the clients you serve.

It is built on three pillars: Ayurvedic philosophy, energy psychology, and somatic practice. These are not separate disciplines layered on top of one another. They are woven together into a single, coherent system that addresses the root of imbalance, not just its symptoms.

This is the foundational qualification of the Tri-Dosha professional certification pathway. Completing it makes you eligible to upgrade to the Award in Facilitating The Passi Method, the licence to deliver Sunita's signature 12-week therapeutic programme.

Over the course of 11 chapters and more than 40 hours of video training, you will develop both the knowledge and the lived experience to work confidently with over 30 emotional and energetic patterns, including anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma-imprinted belief systems, nervous system dysregulation, somatic holding, and more.
