About this course

This course was built from lived experience, not theory. Every module reflects something Sunita Passi, founder of Tri-Dosha, has personally experienced: the early clinic, the quiet weeks, the pricing conversations, the moments of doubt, and the gradual, deliberate building of something that endures. What you are about to move through is the distillation of that journey, structured to meet you wherever you currently are.

Each module combines a video lesson, a guided meditation, and a downloadable worksheet. The video gives you the insight and framework. The worksheet helps you apply it to your own practice. The meditation supports the internal shift that makes the outer work possible. These three elements are not separate; they are designed to work together.
